Purchases Refunds and Shipping/Delivery

While Lamps and Lighting will take all due to ensure items are packaged in a sufficient manner, Lamps and Lighting takes no responsiblity for items damaged in transport. Due to the fragile nature of our items, it is the customers responsiblity to take due care that shipping is designated FRAGILE, (we will make the items accordingly) and that items are insured against breakage. Refunds will not be given in the instance of breakage upon transport, and issues should be taken up with the chosen courier or transport company.

We will however guarnetee locally delivered items that are deliverd by us.

All purchases are final, should you change your mind about a purchase, we will accept return delivery of the item at the customers expense, in its orginal condition, but it will cost a 30% restocking fee (eg: 30% of the purchase price will not be refunded.) due to effort we must expend in getting the item organised for your collection. Should the item be damaged in any way, we will not accept return, and will not process a refund. Refunds items must be requested withing 7days of purchase.
